Meet our Co-Founders
Greg Moshal
As one of Prospa’s Co-Founders, Greg has been driving the success of the company since inception. With his extensive experience in financial services spanning over ten years at Prospa, he has played a crucial role in establishing the business.
Greg's entrepreneurial spirit is fuelled by his passion for product, design and technology. He is dedicated to developing innovative cash flow products and services that unleash the potential of small businesses.
A multi award-winning leader, Greg’s accolades include being named Fintech Leader of the Year. He is also a recipient of the NSW Pearcey Tech Entrepreneur of the Year Special Recognition award.
Before his time at Prospa, Greg spent eight years diving into the world of consumer service chains and international consumer product franchises, successfully creating and scaling two ventures that he eventually exited with great success.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Monash University.
Beau Bertoli
Beau is a Co-Founder of Prospa and brings near 20 years of financial services experience to his role of Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Director. He has been instrumental in establishing Prospa as a respected and successful fintech leader.
Beau’s exceptional track record includes founding a successful technology start-up and managing a consumer product retailer. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating cash flow solutions that keep small businesses thriving.
Beau's primary focus is on Prospa's Go-to-Market capability and revenue strategies, and he draws on this to understand and enhance Prospa’s customer and partner experience across all Prospa’s products and digital technology.
Beau’s outstanding contributions are consistently recognised by the industry, and he has been the recipient of acclaimed awards including Fintech Leader of the Year and the NSW Pearcey Tech Entrepreneur of the Year Special Recognition award.
Prior to Prospa, Beau held leadership positions including National Sales Manager at Humm Group Limited (ASX:HUM).
Beau holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from Sydney University.

Elise Ward

As Chief People Officer at Prospa, Elise has successfully implemented forward-thinking people and culture strategies which focus on inclusion and equity, performance and growth acceleration, and organisational effectiveness. Elise’s dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture is instrumental in driving the success of our talented team at Prospa.
Elise has over 15 years’ experience in senior People & Culture positions, across start-ups and tier-1 multi-nationals including Samsung and Tabcorp.
Elise holds a Bachelor of HR Management from Macquarie University and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM at UNSW.
Andrew Malak
As Chief Product & Technology Officer, Andrew accelerates Prospa’s transition into a global tech organisation, leading with a customer first approach and strong technical product management expertise. Andrew's leadership connects the Data, Product and Technology functions to help with streamlining decision-making and prioritisation – an alignment that accelerates and fosters execution, collaboration, and innovation, and drives Prospa to deliver on our customer roadmap effectively. With more than 20 years’ experience in product and digital transformation within the banking and financial services sector, Andrew has successfully led teams at renowned companies like Westpac and St. George Bank. Most recently prior to joining Prospa in 2021, he was Chief Product Officer at Spaceship, where he drove significant business growth through design-led product development. Andrew holds an MBA (Executive) from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business in Finance & IT from the University of Technology, Sydney.
