How we work
Our philosophy starts with defining what success looks like; for Prospa, our team, and you as an individual. We balance both flexibility and in-person connection, empowering our people to do their best work, in a way that works for them. Whether you are based in the office, work remote or, like most Prosparians, work hybrid and come into the office on our collaboration days (Tuesdays and Thursdays), we firmly believe hybrid ways of working are critical to our ongoing success.
What we offer

Growth
Our success starts with you. Prosparians are grow getters, and have access to a range of in-house tools, resources and programs to fuel their development. From Prospa Academy digital learning and strengths based performance coaching, through to our learning allowance and quarterly speaker series – there’s something for everyone.
Lifestyle
Our flexible working options, top notch facilities and diverse leave offerings exist to compliment your lifestyle. You can set up your home office, work remote for up to 90 days when you travel, purchase 4 weeks additional leave and take 4 weeks of bonus leave at five years of continuous service. We offer up to 18 weeks paid parental leave and have a program in place to support Prosparians returning from primary carers leave.
Wellbeing
We want you to bring your full self (and your best self) to work. And we have a top down commitment to Prosparians’ physical and emotional wellbeing. Think fitness initiatives, Me Days (so you can take a day for yourself) and seasonal programs that include activitations like massages, skin checks, family picnics and coffee carts. We’re proud to offer 20 days of paid Gender Affirmation Leave to support our people through their gender affirmation process, and we partner with a holistic EAP provider who offers coaching and support to Prosparians’ and their families.
Impact
We consider the impact not only for our team, partners, and customers, but also for our community. At Prospa, our impact goes beyond our customers and into the community. Prosparians can put their Volunteer Days to use and give back to a cause that matters to them (or their team). We partner with a not for profit, Kiva, who unleash the potential of entrepreneurs in underserved communities. Prosparians can join and drive a diverse range of employee groups including Women@Prospa, Proud@Prospa and Environment@Prospa. And as a business we have an Environment, Social and Governance strategy in place and have officially been certified as a Carbon Neutral Organisation by Trace for 2024.
