Prospa, Australia’s number one online lender to small business, took home a string of awards from the MFAA State Excellence Awards SA/NT and the Finsure and LoanKit 2019 Commercial Summit, both held on Thursday night in Adelaide.
At the MFAA State Excellence Awards SA/NT, Prospa received the Fintech Lender Award for the second year in a row, while Erin Manhood celebrated her Business Development Manager Award in the Lender / Support Service Provider category. At the Finsure and LoanKit Commercial Summit, the leading aggregator recognised Prospa’s Franco Bombardieri as Business Development Manager of the Year across its entire panel of lenders.
Prospa’s executive general manager of sales and business development, Matt Bauld, said: “We’re thrilled to be recognised as a partner of choice and the leading Fintech Lender in South Australia and the Northern Territory. We’re extremely proud of the work we do supporting small business, and we couldn’t do it without the broker community.
“It’s also fantastic to see our BDMs celebrated for their dedication, day in and day out, to delivering the best outcomes for our broker partners and small business customers. Congratulations to all the finalists and winners from the evening’s events!”
The MFAA State Excellence Awards SA/NT recognise the outstanding work of the finance industry’s best brokers, businesses and industry professionals, with a focus on exceptional customer service, professionalism, ethics, growth and innovation. Last week, Prospa picked up the Fintech Lender Award at the NSW/ACT event, where Ben Howell was also a finalist for the Business Development Manager Award.
The MFAA Excellence Awards involve five events held in capital cities across Australia, with a National Excellence Awards ceremony to be held in Melbourne in July. Last year, Prospa was named National Fintech Lender of the Year after receiving the accolade across all state and territory awards.
