Prospa wins big at the FINNIES
Prospa proved its influence and leadership by winning the headline Fintech Leader of the Year award, with Greg Moshal and Beau Bertoli crowned as joint winners in a tightly contested field.
We also scored the excellence award for best Fintech Place to Work, against a strong field of finalists.

In relation to the Leadership Award, the judges stated: “Prospa comes with a fresh and energetic attitude, sourced straight from its founders. Very clear vision and target-focused, the results speak for themselves.”

When it came to being the best fintech place to work, Prospa scored highly for having effective workplace practices underpinning its’ amazing culture.
The judges said: “Valuing mind-health, emotional intelligence and professional development over performance management. Well done.”
“This company has a mature attitude to success. Customer and employee centricity and employee engagement and customer satisfaction come to the fore. The personal development theme comes through strongly.”
The winners of the inaugural FINNIE awards were announced on 24 May at a gala ceremony in Sydney attended by more than 200 guests. The winners of 29 awards were chosen by a panel of 39 local and international judges, from 158 entries.
Joint CEO Greg Moshal said “These two awards together demonstrate why the team at Prospa is such a high performing one, why people love coming to work every day, and why so many talented people from a broad range of industries have chosen to work here.”
