Redemption Terms - Qantas Business Rewards x Prospa
Background:
These Prospa Redemption Terms set out the terms that apply when you convert Prospa Rewards Points to Qantas Points ("Conversion"). These Redemption Terms form part of the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. By submitting a conversion request, you agree to be bound by these Redemption Terms. Prospa may change these Redemption Terms including conversion rate at any time in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility to convert:
You may submit a conversion if you have an active Qantas Business Rewards account that is either already connected, or is connected as part of the conversion process, to your Prospa Account in the manner made available by Prospa from time to time, and the ABN on your Qantas Business Rewards account matches the ABN on your Prospa Account ("Linked Account"). You are responsible for ensuring that the details of your Linked Account are accurate, current and remain up to date.
Conversion rate:
Prospa Rewards Points may be converted to Qantas Points at a rate of two (2) Prospa Rewards Points for one (1) Qantas Point. Each conversion request must be for a minimum of 2,000 Prospa Rewards Points.
How conversion works:
Conversions must be made in whole increments of 2 Prospa Rewards Points. Conversions must be initiated by you through your Prospa Account. Once a conversion request is accepted by Prospa, the relevant number of Prospa Rewards Points will be deducted from your Points Balance immediately, and Qantas Points will be credited by Qantas to your Linked Account after processing.
Processing may be subject to verification, system availability, compliance checks and third-party dependencies. Prospa does not guarantee that Qantas Points will be credited to the Linked Account within any particular timeframe.
Qantas Business Rewards:
Qantas Points are issued under the Qantas Business Rewards program operated by Qantas. Participation in Qantas Business Rewards (including the earning and use of Qantas Points) is subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. Qantas Business Rewards may charge fees, including a one-off joining fee (currently $89.50 including GST), which may be waived for eligible Prospa Rewards members in accordance with applicable offers.
Any enquiries or claims relating to Qantas Points once issued to a customer's Qantas Business Rewards account, including their redemption or use, must be made directly with Qantas through Qantas Business Rewards. Prospa does not issue, own or control Qantas Points and is not responsible for the redemption, availability or use of Qantas Points. Prospa will facilitate the conversion of eligible Prospa Rewards Points into Qantas Points.
Privacy:
To facilitate conversion, Prospa may disclose limited information to Qantas in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By submitting a conversion request, you consent to this disclosure and confirm that you have obtained any required consents from your Authorised Users.

Prospa Rewards - Consolidated Promotional Offers Terms
These terms explain how Prospa Reward Points are earned under the approved promotional offers below. They operate alongside the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions at https://www.prospa.com/important-documents#rewards. By participating, you agree to both.
1. Approved Promotional Offers and Offer Periods
Each offer is a one-time earning opportunity. The table shows the Offer Period for each approved promotion.

2. Eligibility and Earning Mechanics
You can earn Prospa Reward Points for qualifying activity completed during the relevant Offer Period, subject to the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions and the mechanics set out below.
2.1 Eligible Transactions
- Pay By Card Sign Up Offer: Make cumulative payments totalling AUD $5,000+ via Prospa Pay By Card within 30 days of sign-up and during the Offer Period.
- Draw Down from a Line of Credit to a Business Account: Make a single drawdown from a Prospa Line of Credit into your Prospa Business Account of more than AUD $1,000 during the Offer Period.
- Make 5 Payments and Earn: During each calendar month (1st to last day) within the Offer Period, make at least five (5) eligible payments with Prospa Rewards switched on that successfully settle. Eligible payments are transactions made via your Prospa Business Account (including BPAY, bank transfer and Prospa Visa Business Debit Card payments) and/or Prospa Pay by Card, in each case only where the payment type is eligible under the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. The five payments may be any mix of Prospa Business Account and Prospa Pay by Card eligible transactions. Total qualifying spend in that calendar month must be at least AUD $3000 across those eligible payments.
Transactions that are reversed, refunded, disputed, charged back, voided, unsuccessful, or otherwise excluded under the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions are not Eligible Transactions. Any Prospa Reward Points credited in respect of such transactions may be adjusted in accordance with those terms.
2.2 Earn Rates

Prospa Reward Points are not earned on GST, taxes, fees or charges.
3. Timing of Points Allocation
- One-time offers (Pay By Card Sign Up Offer and Draw Down from a Line of Credit to a Business Account): Prospa Reward Points will be allocated within 5 business days after the end of the applicable Offer Period, provided the relevant Eligible Transaction has successfully settled (where applicable).
- Make 5 Payments and Earn: Prospa Reward Points will be allocated within 5 business days after the end of each calendar month in which you meet the eligibility criteria, provided all relevant Eligible Transactions have successfully settled.
4. General
- Pay By Card Sign Up Offer and Draw Down from a Line of Credit to a Business Account can each be earned once per customer.
- Make 5 Payments and Earn can be earned once per customer per calendar month during the Offer Period.
- If an Eligible Transaction is cancelled or reversed for any reason, Prospa may reverse any points awarded in connection with that transaction.
- Prospa may vary, suspend or withdraw these Rewards Earning Terms, including any Eligible Transactions, in accordance with the Prospa Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
